Thomas Macias Jr., 75, died June 14, 2017, in Prescott, Arizona. A Mass 
will be held on Friday, July 21, 2017, at 10:30 a.m., at Our Lady of 
Perpetual Help Church, 5614 W. Orangewood Ave., in Glendale, Arizona. 

Cemetery services will be at 12:30 p.m., at the National Memorial 
Cemetery, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road (enter on Pinnacle Peak Road), in 
Phoenix. 

Arrangements entrusted to Ruffner-Wakelin Funeral Home of Prescott.
