Sam Morris Dies In Globe

Globe (AP)--Sam Morris, former president of the State Board of Regents and longtime Globe attorney, died this morning in the Miami Inspiration Hospital. He was 80.

Only last week Gov. Jack Williams had reappointed Morris to the State Copper Tariff Board on which he was a member for more than 10 years.
