| Tucson Daily Citizen (Tucson, Arizona) Monday, January 16, 1967, p. 1 Sam Morris Dies In Globe Globe (AP)--Sam Morris, former president of the State Board of Regents and longtime Globe attorney, died this morning in the Miami Inspiration Hospital.
