| Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ >>> Published on Thursday, July 27, 2017 <<< Kent Moore, 59, passed away on July 24, 2017 surrounded by his loved ones after a strong fight and battle with cancer. Kent was born on Jan. 18, 1958 in Maryland to Betty Yatsco. They moved to San Jose, California where he attended elementary school and met the love of his life, Lori. They wed July 20, 1985, in Reno, Nevada, and were married for 32 years. Kent had the biggest heart and would do anything for anyone. He was one of the kindest persons you would know. In his spare time, he enjoyed boating out on the lake and riding in the desert or mountains. Kent was preceded in death by his brother, Curt. Kent is survived by his wife Lori; daughter Shelli and son-in-law, Ryan; son Bryan and daughter-in-law, Logan; grandkids who were the special gems of his life, Nickalas, Kyllie, Paris, and Paxton; mother Betty; sisters Kathy and Kelley, mother-in-law Marian Sanfilippo and father-in-law Joe Sanfilippo. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Polidori Hospice House or the Cancer Association of Havasu in Kent’s name. Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
