Shirley Marie Maynard-Chamberlin, 82, born Jan. 20, 1935, in Aledo, 
Ill., died July 25, 2017, in Phoenix. 

Memorial Services and a Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, 
Aug. 4, 2017, at 2 p.m., at Paradise Valley United Methodist Church, 
4455 E. Lincoln Drive in Paradise Valley, Arizona.
