| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Tuesday, August 29, 2017, page 5a Janet Weedon, 82, was born in Unity Township, Ohio, on Dec. 14, 1934. She passed away on Aug. 24, 2017, in Prescott, Arizona. Janet’s parents moved to Arizona after Janet graduated from high school. She married Bob Weedon on Oct. 23, 1954, in Phoenix. Janet is survived by her children, Larry (Andrea), Linda and Kevin; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; one great-great- grandchild; her brother, Wayne Powell (Carol); and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Bob and her granddaughter, Jennifer. A viewing will be held on Thursday, Aug. 31, 2017, from 5 to 7 p.m., at Ruffner-Wakelin Funeral Home, 303 S. Cortez St. in Prescott. There will be a Rosary and Mass on Friday, Sept. 1, 2017, at 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, 150 Fleury Ave. in Prescott. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to St. Vincent De Paul, 120 N. Summit Ave., Prescott, AZ 86301.
