| Arizona Weekly Journal Miner, Prescott, Arizona Territory Wednesday, November 23, 1898, page 1, column 9 Jerome Activities - William Reed, one of the best known 'old-timers'in the territory, was found dead in his room Tuesday noon. A too intimate acquaintance with John Barleycorn is the cause assigned for his death. Transcriber's note: No place of burial has been found for Mr. Reed. |
