GLASMANN, Jon Fredric

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Sunday, September 10, 2017, page 6a-7a Jon F. Glasmann, 82, of Prescott, Ariz., passed away on Aug. 30, 2017. Jon was born in Minneapolis, Minn., to parents, Carl R. Glasmann and Ione Dickmeier Glasmann. He attended Osseo High School and the University of Minnesota. He retired from a long career in insurance and financial planning. Jon loved golfing, travel, dogs and the history of the wild west. Jon is survived by his wife of 63 years, Marlene Glasmann; his daughter and son-in-law, Janet and David Palmer of Prescott; his son, Jon H. Glasmann of Vashon, Wash.; his daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Dennis Campbell of Phoenix, Ariz.; his son and daughter-in- law, Mark and Patricia Glasmann of Tolleson, Ariz.; his daughter, Sally Glasmann of Prescott; and his sister, Randy Glasmann of Coon Rapids, Minn. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held on Oct. 1, 2017, at 3 p.m., at Matt’s Saloon, on historic Whiskey Row, in Prescott.
