Charlie Doll Sullivan Sr., born Aug. 30, 1946, passed away Sept. 16, 
2017. Burial is at 2 p.m., Sept. 21, 2017, at 23029 Cave Creek Road, 
Phoenix, AZ 85024.

Charlie is survived by his wife of 41 years, Diane; three sons, Charlie 
Jr., John, Richard; and daughter, Anastasia. He will be missed.
