Oct. 1, 2017, in Prescott, Arizona. 

Funeral services, with honors, will be held on Friday, Oct. 20, 2017, 
at 1 p.m., at the VA Chapel, 500 N. Highway 89 in Prescott. 

Arrangements entrusted to Affordable Burial and Cremation, LLC, of 
Prescott Valley, Arizona.
