| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, October 5, 2017, page 8a Robert David Farster, 62, of Prescott, Arizona, went to be with our Lord and Savior mid-day Saturday, Sept. 30, 2017. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Oct. 7, 2017, 11 a.m. at Heritage Memory Mortuary, located at 131 Grove Ave. in Prescott. Flowers are welcome. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the ICU North staff at Flagstaff Medical Center, where he passed peacefully. Bob was born on Feb. 13, 1955, son of Robert Farster Sr. and Barbara Farster of Detroit. Bob was a passionate volunteer, and a drug and alcohol counselor for MATForce. Bob’s counseling videos and interviews are currently shown on local Channel 64. Bob was a proud United States veteran of the Air Force. His intelligence, integrity, generosity and capability shined in all the lives he touched. Survivors include his loving significant other of 18 years, Marilyn Dority; his father, Robert Farster Sr.; mother, Barbara Farster; sister, Linda Willis; son, Robert Farster III; daughter, Sonja Marie Farster; and three grandchildren.
