| Journal Gazette & Times-Courier (Charleston, Illinois) Friday, March 4, 2011, p. C7 Yarnell, Ariz.--Barbara Jean Rogers, 63, of Yarnell, Ariz., formerly of Mattoon, passed away February 22, 2011. She was born June 3, 1947. She is survived by her loving husband of 25 years, Tom Rogers Jr., brother Bill Chaplin, and her 2 dogs. She was preceded in death by her parents and 3 children. She was a costume designer, the founder of Broadway Bazaar Costumes, a published author, and an inspirational speaker. She was a member of the National Costumers Association, the Author's Guild, the Pacific Northwest Writers Association, and can be found in Who's Who in America. She also blogged for the Huffington Post paper.
