She was born June 3, 1947. She is survived by her loving husband of 25 years, Tom Rogers Jr., brother Bill Chaplin, and her 2 dogs. She was preceded in death by her parents and 3 children. She was a costume designer, the founder of Broadway Bazaar Costumes, a published author, and an inspirational speaker. She was a member of the National Costumers Association, the Author's Guild, the Pacific Northwest Writers Association, and can be found in Who's Who in America. She also blogged for the Huffington Post paper. She was a loving and kind wife and helped wherever and whoever she could. 1947-2011 Here lies Barb She knew joy And passed it on She knew love And gave it freely She lived as she died; Boldly and unafraid
