George Clifford Guntle, 52, of Lake Havasu City, passed away
unexpectedly on Oct. 24, 2017 in South Carolina. He was born on June
12, 1965 in Lancaster, California, the son of Harold Clifford and
Joan Rae Guntle.
George spent his working career as a masonry foreman. In his free
time, he liked to fish and watch football, especially the Cardinals.
George was a family man; he loved family get-togethers and
barbecues. Spending time with his grandchildren was a priority. You
could always find George helping others.
George is survived by his life partner, Tammy Lynn Ellis; sons
Matthew Clifford Guntle, Jonathon Michael Guntle, Jonathon Allen
Held and Zach Lamar Lucas; daughters Jessica Lee Lucas and Crystal
Anne Easton; parents Harold C. and Joan R. Guntle; brothers Gary
(Linda) Guntle and Greg Guntle; sisters Caryn (Kevin) Lynch, Kathy
Raun, Mary (Don) Schmidt and Marcia (Michael) Larsen, grandchildren
Levi and Lilly Lucas, and Aliyah Lugo; ten nieces and nephews and
eight grand-nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Harold Clifford and
Norma Lavina Baker Guntle and Ray Orville and Virginia Lee Pulse and
his nephew David Ray Reid.
A memorial is set for 11 a.m. Sunday at London Bridge Beach Park. A
potluck/picnic celebration of life will immediately follow the
service.
George will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
