Died - April 17, 1899, at Prescott, Arizona, S.W. Packard, aged 68 
years.

Deceased has resided in this section since 1891, his occupation was 
that of a mill wright.  He was a native of the state of Maine, but 
moved to the Pacific coast when a young man.  He has no relatives in 
Prescott, but many warm friends for whom exist a sincere attachment,  
and who mourn the death of a square man and a good citizen.

Funeral this afternoon from Logan's Undertaking Parlors.  Friends 
and acquaintances are respectfully invited to attend.


Transcriber's note: Mr. Packard is buried at the Citizens Cemetery in 
Prescott, Arizona.
