Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ >>> Published on Friday, November 17, 2017 <<< Debbie Hargrove passed away Nov. 7, 2017. She had a full life. She worked in accounting and retired from the San Bernardino County Welfare Department. She moved from Calimesa, California three years ago to Lake Havasu City. Survivors are her mother and stepdad, Susan and Jim Allsup, foster sister Renee Hurst of Lake Havasu City, dad and stepmom, John and Carol Fulmer of Huntsville, Ohio, son Robert Bryant of Idaho and two. We will all miss her so very much. In accordance with Debbie’s wishes, no memorial service is planned.
