Local News -

Gus Bolin, aged 55 years, died in this city early yesterday morning
after a short illness. He was a native of Denmark and had resided
in this section for about 30 years. He was quite a prominent
citizen in the early days of the Tip Top mine, were he ran a
business.

He leaves a brother in Washington, D.C., and a younger brother in
Phoenix.

The funeral arrangements have been deferred awaiting advices from
the brothers.

The late Gus Bolin was an honorable man, and one who had many
friends all over this section. At the time of his death he was
interested in promoting mining properties in this county and in the
Harcouvaras.

Transcriber's note: Mr. Bolin is buried in an unmarked grave at the
Citizens Cemetery in Prescott, Arizona.
