Affordable Burial & Cremation, LLC of Prescott Valley handled all arrangements. -------------------------- The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, December 14, 2017, page 5a Grace Charlotte Diaz, 65, sadly passed away on Nov. 26, 2017. Born Nov. 4, 1952, Grace was a much beloved mother, sister, daughter, and friend to many. She will be greatly missed. Grace is survived by her three children: Asakwah Rice, Eric Baker and Bianca Slinglerland; her parents, Mary Lou Diaz and Edward Diaz; her sister, Laura Diaz; and her close companion, Rick Gibson. A small memorial will be held at 11 a.m., on Saturday, Dec. 30, at 1756 Rolling Hills Dr., Prescott, Arizona, 86303. Please join us in remembering her. Information provided by survivors. |
