| The Camp Verde Bugle, Camp Verde, Arizona Thursday, November 30, 2017 Judy Ann Singer, age 54, passed away Saturday, November 25, 2017 in Phoenix, Arizona. Judy, a member of the Navajo Nation, was born in Tuba City, Arizona to Isabelle and Harry Singer. She is survived by her daughter, Melissa Singer Thompson from marriage to Jonathan Thompson; siblings Ed Singer, Marvin Singer, Gary Singer, David Singer, Stella Webster, Cecilia Tanaka, and Gloria Brown; and many beloved nieces, nephews, and grandchildren. A graduate of Flagstaff High School Class of 1982 and Pima Community College Class of 2000, Judy pursued a career in dental healthcare as a dental hygienist. A lifelong resident of Arizona, she was raised in Gray Mountain and moved throughout her life between Flagstaff, Tucson, Camp Verde, and Phoenix. Judy will be forever remembered as a beautiful, loving, and nurturing soul who was not afraid to be silly and fun. She enjoyed adventures and traveled across the country whenever the opportunity presented itself. She enjoyed hiking, listening to live music, and jewelry making. Judy always greeted her loved ones with a warm smile and welcoming hug. Services for Judy will be held by the family at the Gray Mountain Bible Church, north of milepost 457 in Gray Mountain, Arizona, on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at 10:00 AM. Burial services are to follow at Citizens Cemetery in Flagstaff, Arizona. Information provided by survivors. |
