Prescott Evening Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, February 9, 1949, page 3, column 5 Set Funeral Rite Of Mrs. Williams Funeral services for Mrs. Catherine Rose Williams, 76, who died at the county hospital yesterday, will be held in the Lester Ruffner Funeral Home at one o'clock tomorrow afternoon. The Rev. Charles Franklin Parker will officiate at the services, which will be followed by burial in Mountain View cemetery. Mrs. Williams was born in Marquette, Mich., Nov. 10, 1872. She had lived in Arizona 45 years, residing in Globe before coming to Prescott 27 years ago. The family home is at 525 South Granite street. She is survived by eight children, 22 grandchildren and 18 great- grandchildren. The children are: Mrs. Sadie Tinney and Mrs. Alma Patterson, of Prescott; Mrs. A. W. Snyder and Mrs Nellie Slaughter, of San Francisco; Frank Williams, of Lindsay, Calif. The latter three are now here. The address of the three other sons is not known.
