| Arizona Republic (Phoenix, AZ) Saturday, August 8, 1964, p. 24 Mrs. Daisy Florence Tisdale, 85, who came to Arizona with pioneer families in 1892, died Thursday at the Desert Terrace Nursing Home, 2509 N. 24th St. Services will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Monday at A. L. Moore and Sons Mortuary, 333 W. Adams, with the Rev. Oscar Newby of Bethel Methodist Church officiating. Mrs. Tisdale, 309 E. Weldon, was born in Baxter Springs, Kan. She was a member of the Supreme Forest Woodmen Circle and the Pioneers. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Robert P. Cummings, and a son, Louis C. Tisdale, both of Phoenix, and sister, Mrs. Elizabeth M. Tisdale. See Also: Find A Grave |
