Rose Marie Boggs of Parker, Ariz. passed away Nov. 16, 2017. She was
born June 3, 1930 in Sandwich, Illinois to Earl and Thelma Luttrell.
Rose lived in Parker for the last 10 years and was very active in the
local Veterans of Foreign Wars post, volunteering her time and serving
as the post treasurer.
Rose is survived by her husband of 12 years, Donald Boggs; daughters
Valerie Wainscott and her husband Raymond of Sandwich, Ill.; Judy
Schultz and her husband of Belvidere, Ill.; and Cindy Whitlatch of
Sheridan, Ill.; son Howard Whitlatch and his wife, Renee, of
Plainfield, Ill.; sister Betty Wade and her husband Sam of Sandwich,
Ill.; brother Leon Luttrell of Sandwich, Ill.; as well as nine
grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-
grandchildren.
Rose was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Thelma, brother
Orven Luttrell and grandson Robin Jackson.
