Burns, born July 21, 1931 and longtime resident of Parker, Arizona passed away on October 19, 2017 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. She was preceded in death by her husband Bill Burns and by four of her children: Carlos Franco, Nina Brown and Bobby and Billy Burns. She is survived by son Ernest Franco of Parker and daughter Helen Walker of Kingman, Ariz.; also son-in-laws Brian Walker and Lloyd Brown, daughter-in-laws Summer Franco and Adean Franco. She is also survived by her sister Eva Lopez from Hawthorne, Nevada, 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Services will be Friday, January 12, 2018 at Frye Chapel & Mortuary in Blythe, CA with burial at Palo Verde Cemetery. See Also: Find A Grave |
