| Prescott Evening Courier, Prescott, Arizona Monday, September 17, 1956, page 1, column 7 Death Claims Elva Cornish Mrs. Elva Violet Cornish, a native of Humboldt, died Sunday at a local hospital. She was 43 years old and had resided at 155 S. McCormick St. Survivors include her mother, Mrs. Elva V. Breckenridge, custodian of the Sharlot Hall Museum; two daughters, Dorothy June Lorance, Tucson, and Margaret Frances Loman, Prescott; one grandchild; two sisters, Ina May Rubi, Kingman, and Beatrice Gill, Flagstaff; two brothers, Robert Breckenridge, Prescott, and Joe Burleson, Blythe, Calif. The body will lie in state Tuesday from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Ruffner Funeral Home for friends who wish to call. Christian Science services will be conducted at Ruffner's Wednesday at 11 a.m., followed by interment in Mountain View Cemetery.
