He was a native of Manchester, England. ----------------------------------- Prescott Weekly Courier, Prescott, Arizona Territory Friday, March 3, 1899, page 2, column 1 (From Saturday's Daily) Robert Burns died at the county hospital on the 22d. He was about 57 years of age, a native of Manchester, England. Previous to his last illness, he placer mined on Willow creek.
