Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home, Lake Havasu City, AZ

Jerry Dale Aldridge went to Heaven November 27, 2017 and today, is
likely comparing bass fishing techniques with Jesus. Jerry Dale was
born on November 15, 1933 in Stratford, Oklahoma.

Jerry Dale and his childhood sweetheart Violet Ann (Diuguid) met in
Bell Gardens, California in 1945 when they were twelve years old. They
celebrated 61 loving years of marriage on September 1st. A strong
Christian and loving parent, he was the first in his family to earn a
college degree, graduating from the Pepperdine University School of
Business in 1975. Jerry served in the U.S. Air Force prior to becoming
an LAPD Detective Sergeant in the Metropolitan Division. Following his
retirement, Jerry Dale promptly moved his family from Downey,
California to their favorite vacation spot: Lake Havasu City.

Best friends and lovers, Jerry and Annie traveled the world, sharing
adventures and companionship. Fourteen couples from Bell Gardens High
School made Lake Havasu their retirement destination and the
shenanigans of the Bell Gardens Yacht Club is still the envy of Lake
Havasu high society.

Jerry and Ann are cheerleaders for Christ and members of Calvary
Baptist Church.

Jerry is survived by his wife Ann; his sisters, Irma Martin, of Lake
Havasu, Ellen Lindsay and Geraldine Brooks; his children and their
spouses Jerry Floyd and Cindy Aldridge, John and Pam Aldridge, Joni
and Mark Runyon, and Julie and David Morones; their grandchildren and
their spouses, Jared Aldridge, Christopher and Sarah Aldridge, Heather
and Trent Knapp, Matthew and Lisa Aldridge, Lauren and Trevor Rickard,
Alicia Hesterly, Nick and Melanie Giuliani, Amanda Massie and Daniel
Klein, Allison Morones, Joshua Runyon, Carly Runyon; and great
grandchildren Jackson, James, Peregrine, Adelaide, Deoradhan,
