| Arizona Daily Journal - Miner, Prescott, Arizona Territory Sunday, April 18, 1909, page 4, column 3 TYPHOID BRINGS DEATH - Nicholas C. Cano died in the Mercy Hospital a few minutes after midnight yesterday morning. The fatal malady was typhoid fever. He arrived in the hospital from Wickenburg Saturday. He was 24 years old and a native of Mexico. He was a railroad laborer by occupation. The funeral will be held from the parlors of the Ruffner undertaking establishment Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock.
