Kevin Lee Canham, 54, passed away Dec. 23, 2017 in Chandler.

He was born April 18, 1963 in Salt Lake City, Utah, the son of Elias Lee 
and Susan Canham.

Kevin lived in Lake Havasu City with his mother since 1998.

He is survived by his mother, brothers Jerry Talbot, Steve, Richard, 
Jeff, sister Shelly, and a large family.

Kevin's memorial service will take place at a later time.
