Mahoney takes place today at 2 o'clock from the family residence on Aubrey street, to which friends and acquaintances are respectfully invited. Interment will be given in I.O.O.F. cemetery. ------------------------------ Prescott Journal Miner, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, March 15, 1916, page 6, column 4 A Good Woman Buried Mr. J. F. Mahoney, a beloved pioneer resident, was tenderly laid away yesterday afternoon in I.O.O.F. cemetery. The sad occasion attracted a very large attendance as well as the floral offerings, a beautiful tribute to her long attendance in this community. Services were held at the old home on Aubrey street, in which Rev. Williams, Pastor of the Seventh Day Adventist church of Phoenix officiated. The pallbearers were: Alfred Haisley, W. J. Kirk, Charles Richwine, Henry Suder, Fred Moore and Geo. M. Payne. Lester Ruffner conducted the funeral. |
