Carol Ballard Boone, 82, born Dec. 5, 1935, in Haviland, Kansas, died 
Dec. 21, 2017, in Prescott, Arizona. Carol is survived by her sons, 
Scott Boone (Leslie) and Brandon Boone (Letty); daughter, Patti 
Schlosberg (Scott); eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

A memorial service will be held at Willow Hills Baptist Church, 1071 
Mogollon Road, Prescott, on Jan. 6, 2018 at 2 p.m.
