Dennis Edward Mahan Born in Cottonwood, Arizona on Sept. 12, 1955. Departed on July 16, 2003 and resided in Camp Verde, Arizona. Dennis Edward Mahan, 47, of Camp Verde died July 16, 2003. He was born September 12, 1955 in Cottonwood, Arizona. Mr. Mahan worked in mining. He leaves a daughter, Merle Rose Mahan; a son, Steven Dennis Mahan, both of Camp Verde; two sisters, Gay Hart of Salt Lake City, Ut. and Jill Chavez of Farmington, N. M.; a brother Dan Mahan of Buckeye, Ariz.; and four grandchildren. A funeral service will be held Monday, July 21, in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Camp Verde at 10:30 AM. Burial will follow in the Clear Creek Cemetery. Westcott Funeral Home is assisting the family with these arrangements. Westcott Funeral Home, Cottonwood and Camp Verde, Arizona.
