| Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ >>> Published on Friday, October 16, 2015 <<< Arthur (Art) Emil Bonsang, 79, of Lake Havasu City, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2015. Arthur was born June 14, 1936 in Salem, Mass. He is the son of George Phillippe Bonsang and Irene LeBouf. Arthur was an entrepreneur of several businesses in Lake Havasu City, including the Pants Gallery, which was the first authorized Levi’s dealer in town. Arthur was involved in fine jewelry, real estate, and automotive sales. One of Art’s passions was singing. During his time he won numerous talent shows and went on to make a studio-recorded CD. Art loved music, theatrical arts, and the opera. He also enjoyed going to the movies and telling jokes with friends and family. Arthur is preceded in death by his parents, George and Irene Bonsang; his daughter, Marie Bonsang; and three brothers, Richard, Bobby and Frank Bonsang. Arthur is survived by his two sons, Kenneth (Tina) Bonsang of Lake Havasu City and Todd (Patti) Bonsang of Boulder City, Nev.; daughter, Darlene M. Bonsang of North Las Vegas, Nev.; brother, Roger (Carol) Bonsang of Salisbury, Mass.; and sister, Dolores (Dicky) Morin of Massachusetts. He is also survived by sister-in-laws Kathy and Grace; several nieces and nephews; as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Services are Sunday, Oct. 18, at 4 p.m. at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home, 21 Riviera Blvd. Lake Havasu City, AZ. Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
