| Arizona Weekly Journal Miner, Prescott, Arizona Territory Wednesday, March 21, 1900, page 3, column 6 Ike Chandler, an old, well-known and highly respected miner of this section, died in Prescott yesterday afternoon. He was taken sick on Mike Hermann's place on Groom Creek with pneumonia, and it was thought advisable to bring him to town for treatment, but he died soon after his arrival here. Deceased was 54 years old and had resided in Yavapai county a great many years. The funeral will take place at 2 o'clock tomorrow from Logan's undertaking parlors.
