Crowell, 62, a lifelong resident of Cochise County, died Thursday, Sept. 21 surrounded by family in her Sierra Vista home. Nancy was born in Bisbee and spent most of her early life there. She graduated from Bisbee H.S. in 1972 and married Jerry Ratliff (1973 to 1981). Later, she married her sweetheart, Dennis C. Crowell (1989). She made Sierra Vista her home until her death.
