| Arizona Republic (Phoenix, AZ) Wednesday, December 2, 1987 Elmer J. Outlaw, 73, of Yarnell, a retired Maricopa County Housing Authority employee, died Nov. 30, 1987, at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center. He was born in Hopkins County, Ky. Survivors include his wife, Leola; sister, Clara L. Bruns; and nephew, Fred E. Friends may call one hour prior to services, which will be held at 1 p.m. today at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N. 59th Ave. Memorial contributions may be made to El Zaribah Shrine Temple Crippled Children's Fund.
