MURRIETTA, Ubel T.

Nogales International (AZ) - Thursday, October 7, 2004 Ubel T. Murrietta, 73, died Sept. 30, 2004 at Holy Cross Hospital. Murrietta was a life-long resident of Patagonia. He is survived by his wife Elisa; sons, Ruben, Abel, Armando and Jon; daughters, Adelita and Rebecca; brothers, Abel (his twin brother), Angel and Danny; sister, Grace; nine grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, Priscilla Lorta and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Manuel Murrietta, his mother, Artemisa Teyechea Murrietta and his sister Hermenia. He was born July 28, 1931, in Nogales, Ariz. He proudly served our nation in the Marine Corps during the Korean conflict. Funeral services were held Oct. 2 at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Patagonia. Arrangements were handled by Martinez Funeral Chapels.
