formerly of Green Valley, died at his home in Logan, Utah, on Dec. 14, 2007.

He was born on March 10, 1928, in Caldwell, Idaho. On Aug. 22, 1947, Forest married Lora Lynch in Glendale, Calif. Forest and Lora had three children; Susan, Michael, and Patrick.

He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII and the Korean Conflict. Forest worked in the life insurance industry as a marketing vice president until 1986.

Forest is survived by his wife Lora; his children; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

A family reunion to celebrate Forest's life will be held this summer in Florence, Ore.
