Nancy Jane (Stevens) Argo

Nancy Jane Argo, “Nannie” to her family and friends left us to join
her husband Tom, July 13, 2015 surrounded by her family in Fresno,
Calif. Nannie was born to Thomas M. and Mary Stevens, Dec. 22, 1941 in
Coffeen, Ill. She married her high school sweetheart, Tom Argo in 1958
and was married for 33 years.

After Tom’s passing, Nannie moved to Northern California and traveled
with Jim and Geri Steffenson as often as she could.

Nannie loved her morning cup of tea, crocheting blankets for anyone
and everyone, and playing cards or mahjong on her iPad.

Nannie is survived by her mother, Mary Stevens of Palm Springs,
Calif.; brother, Norm and Fran Stevens of Apple Valley, Calif.;
sister, Nadine and Cliff Deck of Madera, Calif.; children, Vickie and
Jon Biehn of Lake Havasu City, Jackie Argo of Kingman, Beckie Argo and
Anthony Pentz of Lake Havasu City, and Tommy and DeeDee Argo of San
Jose, Calif.; grandchildren, Amy Griffiths and Josh, Kristen and Mikey
Hopster, Danyel and Eric Bridges, Kandin and Andy Campbell, Johnny
Candelaria, Jimmy Farias and Joey Ortega, Tucker and Victoria Pentz,
Kate and Gabe Montiel, Courtney Pentz, and Matthew Pentz; great-
grandchildren, Daegen, Kennedi, Cayne, Madison, RyLeigh, Carter and
Johnni Rose.

A celebration of life is scheduled for 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday,
July 25, at the Realtor Center, 2293 Swanson Ave.

The family requests you come prepared to share your favorite memory of
Nannie or write a note to go into a book of memories.

Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and
Crematory.
