| Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ >>> Published on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 <<< Albert W. Waller, 74, passed away June 25, 2015 in Lake Havasu City. He was born July 29, 1940 in Cumberland City, Tenn. Al, as he was known to his family and friends, served his country proudly in the US Army for two and a half years and was honorably discharged. He moved to Lake Havasu City seven years ago, coming from the state of Washington. Al had three loves, golf, fishing and bowling. He enjoyed watching sports on TV, working in his small garden and talking to his neighbors and friends. He had the “gift of gab” and will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him. Al is survived by his life partner of 33 years and love of his life, Lue Pappe of Lake Havasu City; children, Louise, Wendell and Eric; three grandsons; brother, Leonard Waller and sister, K Patton from Nashville, Tenn.
