Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ >>> Published on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 <<< Ronald Stafford passed away at 77 years of age, June 21, 2015 in Lake Havasu City. He was born to Janet Ruth and Lloyd Keith Stafford, Oct. 3, 1937 in Los Angeles. He was wed to Darleen Joyce Lowe, Oct. 3, 2009 in Las Vegas, they were married for five years. Ronald loved his job in the motion picture industry; he worked for more than 50 years in the business and he was part of the Local 80 Union in Los Angeles. After retiring, Ron moved to Lake Havasu City, where he lived for the next 15 years. He enjoyed fishing and boating. He loved sitting in the park watching the boats, telling stories about his job and being surrounded by the stars. Family was important; he loved his friends and neighbors; he was a real fun guy. Ronald is survived by his wife, Darleen Stafford of Lake Havasu City; daughters, Sandy Chislock, Kim Johnson of Calif. and four grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and grandson.
