| Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ >>> Published on Friday, June 12, 2015 <<< Janine Terese Lowrey (Sedlar), 62, passed away June 8, 2015 in Lake Havasu City. She was born Feb. 14, 1953 in Stevensville, Mich. to Robert Carl and Dolores Frances Sedlar. Janine was an original Havasu pioneer moving here with her family in February 1970 and graduating from Lake Havasu High School in 1971. She married Gerald (Jerry) Lowrey Nov. 7, 1987 and they had 28 wonderful years together. In her younger years, Janine worked at Ripp’s Cleaners, Chic’s Bottle Shop, McCulloch Corp., Trailside and other establishments. She enjoyed crafting, painting, games, puzzles, cooking and spending time with her many friends, nieces and nephews. She was a member of Lakeview Community Church. Janine leaves behind her husband Gerald; sister, Janet Fotino (Steve) of Lake Havasu City; brothers, Michael Sedlar and Brian Sedlar of Phoenix, Ariz., Kenton Sedlar (MaryKay) of Lake Havasu City, and Robert Sedlar of Santee, Calif.; nephews, Colby, Brenton, Cameron, Jonathan and Robert; nieces, Tonya, Ambur, Samantha, Taylor, Macie, Jonnie, Jacqueline and Rachael. Janine had a huge heart and a giving spirit. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. |
