| Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ >>> Published on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 <<< “Dru” Cameron passed away May 6, 2015 in Lake Havasu City. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce Allen Cameron. Dru was born in Cape Girard, Mo., in 1938. She moved to California when she was eight years old. She found the love of her life in high school. Bruce and Dru married in 1956. They had four children together: Terri (Ray) Martin of Carson City, Nev.; Cheryl (John) Samaro of Canton, Mich.; Dennis (Jean) Cameron of Parker, Ariz.; and Gary (Kim) Cameron of Arroyo Grande, Calif. They had seven grandchildren, four step grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and nine step great grandchildren. Dru was a Doe at the Elks’ Lodges of five cities. Dru had been vacationing in Parker for over 50 years. She finally moved to Parker in 2010 from Arroyo Grande, Calif. |
