Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ >>> Published on Monday, May 4, 2015 <<< Theresa Cecilia Hatten, "Terry", passed away at 92 years of age, April 28, 2015 in Lake Havasu City. She was born to Michael Edward and Mary Irene Keaveny, Jan. 31, 1923 in Loraine, Ohio. She wed John Leroy Hatten, Sr. in 1948 in California; they were married for 50 years. Terry has lived in Redondo Beach, Calif., Torrance, Calif., and Lake Havasu City. She worked at Havasu Regional Medical Center and she was a member of Lady of the Lake Roman Catholic Church. Terry enjoyed knitting, visiting the Senior Center, and listening to books on tape. She is survived by her sons, John L. Hatten, Jr. and his wife, Shirley of California and Michael B. Hatten of Lake Havasu City; nieces and family, Lorraine Boyer and children, Georgia Bichlemeyer and husband, Lary and children; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Michael Edward and Mary Irene Keaveny as well as her three brothers, three sisters, and grandparents. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Havasu. Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
