April 21, Johnnie Oliva passed away after her long battle with cancer.
Johnnie was a Chicago native and moved west to enjoy the great
climate. And yes, she was a Bear fan.

She was the first American Family Insurance Agent in Lake Havasu City.
She opened her business in 1996 and grew a large client base. She was
active in the community as well. She was on the board of Havasu
Community Health Foundation, worked with the Salvation Army and she
was a member of the Chamber of Commerce for many years. Over the
years, she made many friends. Many of her clientele became close
friends as well. Johnnie had a big heart and put her friends before
herself.

She is survived by her sister, Dawn Freise of Lake Havasu City;
sister, Tamerey Kadisak of Lake Havasu City; husband, Andrew Oliva of
Lake Havasu City; her nephew, John-Michael Freise and his wife,
Samantha; her great-niece and nephew, Capri and Gage Freise.

She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Lillian Kadisak.

Johnnie was much loved and will be missed by her family and friends ~
God’s speed.

The family will be having a celebration of life that will be announced
at a later date.

Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and
Crematory.

Thoughts and condolences may be sent to the Oliva family at www.lietz-
frazefuneralhome.com.
