| Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ >>> Published on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 <<< Shirley Ann Palm passed April 25, 2015 at the age of 79, while at the Polidori House in Lake Havasu City. She was born in Burnettsville, Ind. at home in 1935. In 1953, she married Elmer Palm Jr. of Knox, Ind. They have three children and two sons-in-law who love her very much. Shirley lived with her husband Elmer of 62 years. Her and her husband left Indiana and started a journey that lasted the rest of her life. She enjoyed the outdoors and her time on their boat, Empty Pockets. Shirley was loved by all her family and friends and will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her husband, Elmer Palm of Lake Havasu City; children, Debbie (Steve) Marriage of Lacey, Wash., Cathy (Jim) Shaffer of Idaho and Jeffrey Palm of Alaska. She has four grandchildren, Stephanie (Jake) Joyce, Kristopher (Caitlin) Marriage, Jeffery Palm and Justin Shaffer. She also has four great-grandchildren, Aiden, Odin and Ronan Joyce and Caleb Marriage. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Polidori House for Shirley Palm.
