Billie J. Ramsey, 90, born Oct. 7, 1927, in Shreveport, Louisiana, died 
December 27, 2017, in Prescott, Arizona.

A private cremation will be held at Bradshaw Chapel in Prescott Valley, 
Arizona. Ruffner Wakelin Prescott Chapel assisted the family with final 
arrangements.
