| Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ >>> Published on Saturday, January 27, 2018 <<< Damian Marshall Garcia, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, passed away on January 20, 2018. He was born on September 3, 2014 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona to his mother, Karla Garcia-Mendez and father, Gilbert Jimenez. He was 3 years of age. Damian was a happy little bundle of joy. He was active and brought a smile to anyone's face he was around. It did not matter how bad of a day you were having, Damian could and would make it better. He enjoyed being with his family, mom, dad, brother, aunts, uncles, grandparents, and friends who quickly invited Damian into their family as one of their own. Damian loved to play! He loved Bubble Guppies, Batman, Troll…anything you put in front of him he'd play with it and make it his own. Friends…he LOVED his friends. He could play with other kids all day long and it would be so joyful to watch him do so. Remembering the time he got mad at his grandma and mom because he wanted to play with the kids across the street and they wouldn't let him. They knew then that his spirit would be so loving and caring and everyone would learn a lot from this little human. Damian is survived by his mother, Karla Garcia-Mendez, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona; father, Gilbert Jimenez, of Casa Grande, Arizona; brothers, Zaiden Carrillo, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, Juel Jimenez, of Casa Grande, Arizona, and Asher Jimenez, of Casa Grande, Arizona; grandparents, Karla Marcela Mendez, of Mexico and Jose Luis Garcia, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Damian was taken way too soon from our lives but he will forever remain in our hearts. We will take his loving, fun, caring spirit and forever make him proud. A Visitation will be at 10:00AM on Wednesday, January 31, 2018, with a Rosary at 10:30AM and a Funeral Mass at 11:00AM will be held at Our Lady of the Lake Roman Catholic Church with Graveside to follow at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens. Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home. Thoughts and condolences can be sent to the family at www.lietz- frazefuneralhome.com. See Also: Find A Grave |
