Prescott Evening Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, February 3, 1955, page 2, column 3 Death Claims Ed Densmore Edward Joel Densmore died yesterday morning at the age of 82, after having been confined to a local hospital for the last two months. Born in Iowa on Dec. 16, 1872, Mr. Densmore came to Prescott as a small child almost 81 years ago. He is survived by his widow, Nancy Bell Densmore; three sons, Edwin D. of Oregon, Robert Caesar of Oregon, and Henry A. of Prescott; and by 20 grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at the Ruffner Funeral Home, Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock by the Rev. Benton. Interment will follow in the Mountain View Cemetery.
