| Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ >>> Published on Monday, March 30, 2015 <<< John “Jay” Joseph Donegan, III passed away at 51 years of age March 22, 2015 in Lake Havasu City. He was born to Carol Dulin and John “Mick” Joseph Donegan, Jr., March 6, 1964. John is survived by his wife, Amy Donegan; parents, Carol Dulin and John “Mick” Joseph Donegan, Jr.; son, John Joseph “J.J.” Donegan, IV; brother, Michael (Paula) P. Donegan; Samantha Lagano and his expected grandson; stepfather, Doug Dulin; stepmother, Misty Donegan; step- siblings, Daniel, Dawn, Diann, Dene and Dee Dee; niece, Katelyn Donegan; nephews, Matthew Mattos and Michael P. Donegan, Jr.; mother- in-law and father-in-law, Charlie and Maggie Blaylock; and his beloved dog, Maggie Mae. Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
