died Jan. 28, 2018, in Prescott.

Memorial Service with Honors will be held on Saturday, Feb. 3, 2018, at 
11 a.m., Prescott VA Chapel, 500 Highway 89. 

Affordable Burial & Cremation, LLC of Prescott Valley, Arizona, handled 
all arrangements.
