Over The Divide Goes Another Pioneer
Summons Comes Unexpectedly To A. G. Dillon After A Brief Illness
Albert G. Dillon, for over forty years a resident of this city and
county, passed away yesterday morning at his home in Miller Valley,
following an illness of less than two hours, which was attributed to
heart trouble.
On arising in the morning he complained of not feeling well, and
refused to partake of any food. His general health for several
months, however, had been poor, owing to his age of 77 years and his
debilitated condition.
The deceased until recent years was a sturdy farmer of Williamson
valley, as well was he a useful citizen in many ways, being
industrious and one of the early-day builders of this country.
He leaves to sons, David and Harley Dillon, at whose home he resided
in recent years.
He came to this section overland early in the 70's and was a native
of Missouri.
