Dennis passed away on March 12, in his home of natural causes. He was
born in Gary, Ind., raised in California, worked and lived in Las
Vegas and retired to Lake Havasu City.

Dennis served in the Vietnam War and retired from the Navy with an
Honorable Discharge. He worked for UNLV as a supervising maintenance
engineer. After retiring from the college, he moved to Lake Havasu
City to be near family. Dennis never met a stranger; in fact, one of
his favorite things to do was getting involved in various
conversations.

Dennis was preceded in death by his father, Joseph McDonough and his
mother, Marilyn Gard.

Dennis leaves behind his brother, Douglas McDonough; his sister, Marta
(Charles) Anderson; stepmother, Gwen McDonough; nephews, Kyle
(Cristian) Crabb, Nick (Lindsay) McDonough, Sean McDonough; nieces,
Deanna (John) Schweizer, Denise (William) Reck, Dana (Jared) Burns;
great nephews, Ryann Trejo, Austin and Brayden Crabb, Connor and
Jayden Girbau; and great-great nephew, Jacob Trejo; great nieces,
Jacque Schweizer, Hannah and Savanna Reck.

A special thank you from the family of Dennis goes to Mr. Wendell
Brezina who was always there for Dennis and helped him in so many ways
that we have lost count, God bless you.

Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and
Crematory.

Thoughts and condolences may be sent to the McDonough family at
